Our Annual Membership is growing every year and fast becoming the preferred method of signing up to one of Australia’s largest Youth Ensembles.
This is a subscription model and payment will automatically come out every 12 months unless you unsubscribe or cancel enrolment prior.
FAQs
1) How many weeks tuition does the ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION cover?
40 weeks across the whole year. We obviously take 2 weeks school holiday breaks between terms where there are no classes on but you will have access to the school holiday workshops during this time.
2) Will I be sent codes and discount vouchers?
Yes. You will be sent discount codes to enter the school holiday workshops. You still need to physically register as there are number restrictions on each workshop, however, you will get first notification of these.
3) If I miss a class or a holiday workshop, do we get a refund?
We do offer makeup classes the week when possible of the class that you missed at alternative campuses but if you cannot make it, we do not offer a refund for missed classes. Please note for production, other ensemble casts don’t necessarily do the same production so you cannot attend those classes to cover blocking and direction lost.
In the instance of missing a holiday workshop, these are not charged and offered as a bonus. There are number restrictions on each of these so you definitely need to book asap to avoid disappointment. Once they are gone, they are gone.
4) Can I change my account details or credit card details once I’ve signed up?
Of course, 100%. When you sign up, you will set a password for your child’s account and that way you can go in and update anything you need to all in the one spot. Make sure you save the password.
5) Are the bank details stored on site?
100% not. We don’t have access to any of your financial bank details, this is all handled by an external, secure third party. We get paid 5 days after your funds have successfully been debited.
6) Will my subscription automatically renew every year?
Yes. Just like any subscription model you will find out there, the system is set up to automatically debit the account every year at the same time. If you choose not to continue after the year is up, you can cancel the subscription in advance.
7) What is the saving I get by paying annually?
If you pay annually you will save $60 on tuition costs plus $40 for the training shirt. Don’t forget you will also have an automatic upgrade to the value of at least $660 worth of bonus including 4 x holiday workshops and the 50% discount on all tickets to shows.
8) Are students expected to attend extra rehearsals in the program?
100% YES. There is at least two full weekend worth of dress rehearsals that are compulsory and non-negotiable. There performance weekend is also on top of their weekly tuition / rehearsal schedule and must be attended.
9) Do you issue refunds?
Please choose very carefully when deciding to pay upfront for the whole year as we do not offer refunds for change of heart or circumstances.
