🎬 Acting for Film: Photo Session

As part of your Acting for Film program, you’ll receive complimentary professional headshots — the essential image to kickstart your portfolio and help you secure auditions and agent representation.

Your 15-minute photo session will be conducted by our photographer. All final edited headshots will be delivered at your graduation ceremony.

This image will serve as your first industry-ready calling card — a professional, authentic reflection of you as an actor.

📅 Booking Details

Each student must book a 15-minute time slot in advance. Please ensure your booking is confirmed before the session date. Due to the tight schedule, late arrivals will not be accommodated.

✅ Expectations & Preparation

To ensure your headshot represents you at your best, please follow the guidelines below:

Arrival:

• Arrive 10 minutes early to your scheduled time.

• Latecomers will not be able to be photographed due to the tight schedule.

Wardrobe:

• Wear blue jeans (long) and closed-in shoes.

• Bring two tops:

  1. Your GT Actor Training shirt

  2. A plain white shirt or t-shirt

• Photos will not be taken of students wearing crop tops, singlets, or thongs — no exceptions.

• Clothing must be clean, neat, and ironed.

Hair & Makeup:

• Hair must be neat, natural, and off the face if possible.

• Makeup should be minimal and natural-looking.

Preparation:

• Talent must rehearse their poses prior to the shoot.

• A pose guide document will be emailed once your session booking is confirmed — please review this carefully before attending.
